Nelle Hotchkiss, Sr VP of Corp Relations
Nelle Hotchkiss joined the staff of the North Carolina Electric Membership Corporation (NCEMC) and the North Carolina Association of Electric Cooperatives over fifteen years ago and currently serves as senior vice president of corporate relations, managing communications, advertising, educational programs and government relations. Previously, she was the director of government relations for the Virginia, Maryland and Delaware Association of Electric Cooperatives located in Richmond, Virginia.
