Designed for teachers of mathematics, science, social studies or English/language arts.
Teachers participate in peer networks to learn with and from each other. Teachers meet by content area in regional groups to actively explore content-specific standards; tools for assessing rigor; strategies for engaging each student in reading, writing, thinking and talking every day; and problems of practice. Sessions will provide opportunities for collaborative planning, lesson tuning and problem solving.
