Creating Transformational Learning Communities promotes honest and productive conversations with colleagues focused on improving student learning and teacher practice. Participants are trained to serve as leaders to support teacher collaboration and growth through the use of protocols for examining student and teacher work, solving problems, setting goals, observing peers, examining inequities in the classroom and building teams.
